Situation
A 60-unit supportive housing development in Northwest Indiana was having problems with violence and other illegal activities happening inside the building. The residents didn't feel safe & the property manager kept getting complaints that were out of their control.

Security Force One was hired to place private armed guards with residential security backgrounds into the building. The guards worked 7 days a week & various hours for the client.

Situation
A fast-food restaurant in Indianapolis, IN., required assistance in preventing patrons from the nightclub next door from parking in their parking lot if they were not purchasing food, as well as securing the restaurant to ensure the safety of the staff and preventing robberies.
Solution
While the venue was open, Security Force One provided an armed guard; the guards worked overnight shifts, and when it was closed, our guard patrolled the parking lot, providing the same coverage and ensuring that the patrons of the nightclub did not park on their lot.
Results
One of our guards intervened to prevent a shooting from taking place inside the restaurant. Our skilled guard was able to defuse the situation by disarming the assailant, leaving the staff and customers unharmed.
